Terms of service policies
Booking Policy: Please choose carefully, as no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellation of a booking due to change of mind. Please ensure you complete the client intake form adequately to ensure continuity of care. 100% of the booking is payable upfront online. For all bookings the minimum hours worked by the babysitter are two hours. The applicable rate is charged in hourly increments with the time rounded up. We are unable to refund or credit time (eg arriving home early). In the event you will be late, please text Jazz in advance. Overtime will be charged to your debit card linked to your booking.
Travel Policy: Travel Policy: Destinations 30-35 kilometres from the Perth CBD will incur a travel fee of $40. Destinations further than 35 kilometres will be at the request of the babysitter and will be quoted separately.
Babysitter Duties: Our responsibility is to care for your children’s safety and wellbeing within the home/accommodation. We are unable to clean, cook, transport or go on outings with the children. The children’s food and snacks must be pre-prepared or paid/organised in advance (eg Uber Eats, Door Dash, take away deliveries).
Health & Safety Policy: If your child has a medical condition or needs medication administered, please ensure you complete Nannysure Permission Slip to Administer Medication Form. In the event of illness a minimum of 6 hours notice and a medical certificate need to be provided to receive a credit. We do not look after sick children. Failure to disclose illness will result in immediate booking termination. Please respect our team. We are unable to care for children who could become violent and/or verbally abusive. Failure to disclose this information to Jazz prior to the booking will result in booking termination and cease of services with Jazz’s Babysitting.
