Terms of Service Policy

Effective February 2026

  • Please choose carefully as we are unable to refund a booking or bookings due to change of mind. 
  • In the event of illness, a minimum of 6 hours notice is required for 100% of the booking to be credited. 
  • In the event you provide less than 6 hours notice of illness, 40% of the booking will be credited to your Timely account.
  • Credits are valid for 2 years from date of issue.  
  • Before the booking, please ensure Jazz’s babysitting Client Intake Form is completed adequately.
  • Before the booking, please ensure you read your babysitters qualifications, clearances and certificates and sign the document with today’s date. 
  • Before the booking, please ensure the 2 Emergency Contacts listed in the Jazz’s babysitting Client Intake Form are available and are in Perth.
  • Before the booking, if your child requires any medication to be administered during the booking (pharmaceutical or homeopathic), please ensure you complete PART A of the Nannysure Permission Slip to Administer Medication Form.
  • Before the booking, please ensure food is pre-prepared in advance. 
  • Before the booking, for takeaway food deliveries, please ensure you leave the correct cash available as babysitters are unable to pay for food.
  • During the booking, the babysitter and children cannot leave the boundary of the property.
  • During the booking, the babysitter cannot transport children in a car.
  • During the booking, swimming pools and spas are strictly off limits.
  • During the booking, babysitters are unable to clean, cook or undertake household chores.
  • If you are going to be late home please contact Jazz in advance. 
  • Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments to your debit card linked to your Timely account. 
  • We will endeavour to follow your requests outlined in the Jazz’s babysitting Client Intake Form, however, if your requests do not follow best practice, the babysitter will always fall back on their training as an educator and what they are most comfortable with. 
  • For the health and safety of my team we are unable to care for children who are sick and/or are on a course of antibiotics. 
  • If the babysitter arrives to sick child/children, the booking will be terminated immediately and no further care will be provided by Jazz’s babysiting. 
  • We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive and/or disrespectful behaviour from parents, guardians, guests and children. 
  • In the event abusive and/or disrespectful behaviour occurs during the booking, the booking will be terminated immediately, a Police report will be made and no further care will be provided by Jazz’s babysiting. 
  • In the event you do not come home and your emergency contacts are not-contactable the Police will be called and no further care will be provided by Jazz’s babysitting.
