With 15 years of experience in childcare across various educational settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with children from newborns to teenagers, including those with special needs and disabilities. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been running my business for seven years, growing it into a trusted team to meet the needs of my amazing clients. Hi families, I’m Karma, originally from Bhutan, with 11 years of experience in early childhood education. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Certificate IV in School-Aged Care and currently work full-time as a Room Leader in a toddler’s room at a daycare centre. With hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, I believe in mindful parenting and respecting each family’s values. I am allergy-conscious, familiar with basic baby sign language, and have experience supporting a child with Leukemia. My background also includes working with youth groups like Scouts Australia. Growing up in the Perth Hills nurtured my love for animals and nature, and I enjoy camping, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors.

Hi families, I’m Isabella, but most people call me Bella! I’ve worked in childcare for over three years and hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. My experience spans caring for newborns to upper primary-aged children, and I love watching them grow, learn, and achieve new milestones. I enjoy meeting new families and finding fun, engaging activities that children love. Outside of babysitting, I’m passionate about modelling, scuba diving, and camping.
